Q. Sei Young Kim, 71. Talk about your round today.

SEI YOUNG KIM: I feel like a long day today. Like I couldn't control the today tee shot a little bit. Then yesterday I miss a lot of short putts. Maybe I had a good chance to hole 14 and make the birdie, but I couldn't make it.

And then a couple, yeah, missed putts, accept that I played quite -- snap back, because this course you really need patience.

Q. So maybe didn't play your best, but still one off the lead. How do you take that into the weekend?

SEI YOUNG KIM: Yeah after the interview I'm going to check out my feeling. I mean, to me, the key is the short putt. If I make the short putts, maybe it's easy going. Yeah, I'll try to focus on the short putts after the interview.

Q. What's your favorite hole out here on this golf course?

SEI YOUNG KIM: This golf course favorite hole? It's kind of unique, No. 6, the par-3. The bunker is in the middle of the green. I never seen before. Yeah, that hole is kind of interesting, and the strategy really need -- today the pin is left back. We need to use a back edge. So it's going to be coming back. Yeah, that hole is very interesting.

Q. Have you watched much of the golf that's been played at this golf course over the years?

SEI YOUNG KIM: Not really, yeah. I heard from my caddie when I practice here. I can see the pictures and a lot of history. Steve Stricker, he's won the tournament, yeah? Yeah, I just saw that picture.
