SHOPRITE LPGA POWERED BY WAKEFERN

May 31, 2026

Polly Mack

Galloway, New Jersey, USA

Seaview Hotel & Golf Club, Bay Course

Quick Quotes

Q. Joining us after the final round of the ShopRite LPGA is Polly Mack. Polly, really strong finish this week. Can you just talk a bit about the week as a hole and how you rebounded from the tough round yesterday?

POLLY MACK: Yeah, I mean, conditions were a lot easier today, kind of like Friday again, so I feel like I just kind of channeled my inner Friday me and had a feeling that there were a lot of birdies out there.

And, you know, yesterday is just one of those days where you got to stay calm and you got to stay patient. Bogeys happen and birdies unfortunately didn't, but therefore couple more fell today.

So just overall I'm proud of Chi Chi and I. We handled ourselves really good out there today and overall this week, and just really followed our game plan and had a good game plan.

And just really good putting, which showed off, and I think helped with this good finish this week.

Q. You've been playing some strong golf recently. Do you feel like you're trending in the right direction? Is there anything specific that you've been working on?

POLLY MACK: 100%. I feel like it's finally coming together and finally showing off on the course what I have been working on for so long.

It's nice to see that, because it's so much hard work that a lot of the people don't see, a lot of tears that fell in the last couple years.

Yeah, it's just really, really nice to see that showing off finally. Even with my team, everybody that stands behind me, has my back, roots for me, I'm just so happy that I can finally show that out here and play for everybody else and me. (Laughter.)

Q. And then you have some cute sparkles on your hat.

POLLY MACK: Yes.

Q. Tell us about what those are.

POLLY MACK: My caddie Chi Chi came up with that in Cincinnati just to keep us going, to make some more birdies, and be even a little more motivated and a little more excited, and also have that feedback of like, hey, you did something good there.

So it's just something exciting after a birdie to get that extra sparkle star for something extra good like that last putt or second to lasts putt here on 18.

And it's just something really fun and creative and I love that she came up with it.
