SHOPRITE LPGA POWERED BY WAKEFERN

May 30, 2026

Laetitia Beck

Galloway, New Jersey, USA

Seaview Hotel & Golf Club, Bay Course

Quick Quotes

Q. All right, joining us after the second round of the ShopRite LPGA is Laetitia Beck. Tough day out there, not just for you, but for the whole field. Can you just talk about how the course is playing differently today than yesterday?

LAETITIA BECK: Yeah, so today was extremely windy, so definitely was much harder to judge club selections, and putts were also much harder.

That's where I pretty much struggled today. I didn't make putts, but I think I misjudged a little bit few times with the wind being so long leaving it short, and then the chip was pretty tough.

Yeah, so I learned a lot from those mistakes and definitely need to start working on my really low punch shots.

Q. Still T2. It' still anybody's game. How do you reset after this and get ready to go out there for the final round?

LAETITIA BECK: I was very happy that I was comfortable out there. I wasn't too nervous, so that was something very positive.

So I just need to play a good round tomorrow to try to beat everyone that is close to that Top 3. So, yeah, I know -- again, today I shot 4-over, but not necessarily hitting sideways, more leaving myself short.

So I am going to stay positive and just going to try to do my best to go out there tomorrow and shoot a low one.

Q. And then last one: You made your debut on the LPGA Tour ten years ago.

LAETITIA BECK: 12.

Q. 12 years ago. How do you think that having these reps makes you feel more comfortable when you are in situations like this contending heading into the final round?

LAETITIA BECK: For sure it helps. It took a while to see the change. Definitely today teeing on the first tee box, second tee box, I did not feel as nervous as I used to.

I mean, I remember in Alabama years ago I was leading after day one and I birdied No. 1 being birdied No. 2 and I was so nervous. So definitely the experience even on the Epson winning definitely helped me be in a much better state today.
