SOMI LEE: (Through translation.) I hit my driver especially in this condition, especially with the wind. But I focused more on my iron shots and my putter, so that's why I made the result today.

Q. Obviously there is still one more day of this tournament, but the U.S. Open is next week. How are you using this tournament to prepare you for next week?

SOMI LEE: (Through translation.) I was back in Korea for a long time and this one was the first tournament to play after I came back. Yes, this tournament was to prepare for the U.S. Open, and this one will definitely help with my confidence preparing for next week.

SOMI LEE: (Through translation.) It's my third year out here on the LPGA, and I learned that playing safe, if you play safe you can never win a tournament.

So my focus tomorrow is to play aggressive. Even if it does not work, yes, I will play aggressive tomorrow.
