Q. Talor, your very first birdie arrived on the 15th and your only birdie for today. Do you feel like you played better than your score?

TALOR GOOCH: I had a lot of good opportunities on the greens and just couldn't get anything going. I was leaving putts short all day. It was still a good day. I hit a lot of fairways. Anytime you have a bogey-free round on a course like this, it's a good thing.

Q. (Indiscernible) all year this year. How frustrating is it, and how difficult is that to stay within yourself the entire year?

TALOR GOOCH: Yeah, especially with kind of the season starting and you don't have a bunch of tournaments early or in the middle, you slow your way into the season, you feel like you have to get off to a hot start. To not really get a lot out of my game the first few events was frustrating, but you know what, we have a good chance tomorrow to see if we can get more out of it tomorrow.

Q. It's been 11 months since your last win in Andalucía, which is where we're heading to next week. I know you're very much a process guy. What's that process going to look like from now until you tee it up tomorrow on the first tee?

TALOR GOOCH: There's a big game tomorrow at 9:30 our time that I'm going to be watching and sweating out, so I'm going to be sending a lot of good vibes to my Thunder back home, and then that'll probably get all my nerves out of my system for the day, honestly. No, I'll go get a little bit of work in tomorrow before the day gets going, and just same process.
