Q. Denny, All-Star victory and the $1 million that goes along with it. Basically perfect weekend. What is it like when everything goes that well?

DENNY HAMLIN: It makes it a lot easier when you got a car this fast honestly.

Hats off to this whole Progressive team. I want to say, what's up to Trish, Mauri, and everyone at Progressive. Got to see all there employees and agents this past week. We strive to be No. 1. We did it today.

Q. You got a number of challenges there at the end of the race, primarily from your teammate, Chase Briscoe. A couple moments you were back in traffic because of the format. What was it like knowing that you were going to have that battle going on?

DENNY HAMLIN: I mean, I liked it. It challenged us to have to go through traffic. Otherwise, I mean, you could go out there, and you could lead a bunch of laps. I definitely like the invert. Obviously it caused some chaos there, took out some good cars.

Overall this is a typical All-Star Race when that stuff happens. I just knew the game-changer for us was long runs and obviously the ability to pass when we were behind someone.

Q. What are you going to do with that $1 million? Anything special?

DENNY HAMLIN: Probably give it to mama (smiling).
