Q. Here with Haeran after her third round at the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G. Just first things first, 4-under day today. Can you talk a little bit about the condition of the course after the rain and how you played?

HAERAN RYU: Yeah, today such a long day because we delay for the thunderstorm for two hour and a half and little windy afternoon. After the rain the grass a little sticky, so it's such a hard day.

But this course is -- everybody felt so hard, so I just keep more doing myself well because this course is too steep and I just want to go straight to the hole and make some easy par and try to birdie. But, yeah, that's a good thing for me today.

Q. You mentioned birdies. What have been the key to make birdies for you?

HAERAN RYU: Yeah, last week my shot is not good feels like, so I just keep more focusing for my swing. And every day I called my coach in Korea, so I just think about it, how do feel good for my swing and then good to the hit the ball.

So that's why I hit a lot of green and a lot of birdie for this week.

Q. And then now this is your third time playing the course in competition. Do you feel you're getting more comfortable with the golf course?

HAERAN RYU: No, I'm still hard. (Laughter.) Still so hard because this green is so -- a lot of slope, a lot of up and down, so I just want to be more par.

So, yeah, tomorrow is final round so I just still keeping more good par position every day.

Q. And then mentioned the final round. Going to be near the top of the leaderboard. Can you just talk about how excited you are to be in contention?

HAERAN RYU: Yeah, it's top is good, so I just want to more keep staying on the top and try stay top every week. But golf is so hard, so I just want to do more easy golf tomorrow.
