Q. You've had a great round today, currently sitting at the top of the leaderboard. How does that make you feel?

ISSA NLAREB A AMANG: I feel happy like every day playing golf. It was not easy, but I'm happy. I feel happy for my game today.

Q. And have you enjoyed it out there today? Are you pleased with your performance?

ISSA NLAREB A AMANG: Yes, I enjoyed the day because there's not rain and we are in Wales, so it's my happy day. I enjoyed the round because yesterday I played so bad on the greens. Afterwards, I went to take some practice at putting, and this worked this morning.

So I'm happy with my putting today. I'm happy for my small gains on the greens.

Q. You shot 68 today, a one-shot ahead of Simon. Do you think you can hold on to that tomorrow?

ISSA NLAREB A AMANG: I don't know, it's golf. We'll see tomorrow. I'm happy because it will be my first time to play with Simon. My objective on this event was to see all the players, all the strong guys who were around. I'm in the world ranking, but I don't know the players.

So that was my first idea to come here and play with those good players in the world this week. Tomorrow is another day where I'll try to give my best to keep it.

Q. What would it mean for you to win the G4D Open?

ISSA NLAREB A AMANG: The last two weeks I win two events. I won Paragolf in Saint-Omer, and I won the French Open in Paris. So for me, I like the game because it's the game of my life because golf is my life.

I'm writing a book and it will be out before June. So winning in The G4D Open will be my first time to win an event like this.

ISSA NLAREB A AMANG: I would like to thank the people who support me because to be here is not easy for me. I was number one in the world rankings in January (Net) and this can move me further forward.
