Quick Quotes
Q. All right, we are joined by Ina Yoon after her first round the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G. Ina, 4-under round today. Can you talk about your round and the challenges of this golf course?
INA YOON: I think obviously this course is driver, tee shot is really tough because fairways super narrow and wind is -- wind was pretty windy today.
So, yeah, I miss a lot of fairway today, but I think I made a lot of up and down and good putt was there. Yeah, I think putting was great to -- yeah, putting was great. That's why I made a lot of par and birdies.
Q. We talked to a lot of players this week about like you said, up and downs and putting. Do you feel like that's a strong part of your game?
INA YOON: To be honest, I don't think that part is my favorite part. Yeah, I'm more like long game player, but I work really hard on that, so I think that hard work I think pay off today.
Q. And then what specifically have you worked on in that area?
INA YOON: Tee shot for sure, and I think little chip shot, because I think my -- that's what I need to work on I think. Yeah, chip shot of course and I think putting. Many thing.
Q. How would you describe the conditions out there this morning?
INA YOON: Morning was great. A little chilly in the morning, but time goes by and like after 10:00 wind picked up, so it makes little trickier.
But, yeah, it was great in the morning. I like to play in the morning. Was great.
Q. You've had quite a few good finishes here in the last few weeks. How would you assess the overall state of your game coming into this week?
INA YOON: Just try to focus what I'm working on, the range session and putting green, like practice green. Just try not to think of result. Just try to focus what I'm -- what I need to do.
So, yeah, I think that part I think I did pretty well today, and also last few weeks. I really work on process with my mental coach, so, yeah, I think it helps me a lot.
