Q. Here with Haeran after her second round at the Mizuho Americas Open. Just take us through the round today. Very tough conditions out there.

HAERAN RYU: Yeah, it was so hard day and then long day today, because, yeah, it started today too windy, but not supposed to be rain but it's a little bit rain, so that's why it's a little bit hard to make some birdie chance for today.

But I make it under par and that is so good. Feels like almost 5- or 6-under par today. So, yeah, I'm so happy right now.

Q. Bogey-free until No. 18. What were you doing to kind of keep yourself out of bogey trouble?

HAERAN RYU: Yeah, before I started round I just thought like today just par is birdie, so I just make some par. That was so good today. So I just trying to keep more uphill lie and make some easy par. So that's why I make it to the bogey-free until 17.

But 18 hole pin is a little bit so tricky so I just try to make some par, but it's so hard there because 15 meters uphill lag putt, but I hit it too firm so just pass it just one and a half meter, but it's so quick downhill up there, so I just almost four putts.

But I make a bogey, but I'm so happy I make not four putts there.

Q. You only missed six greens so far this week. What in particular with your approach to the green or around the green is working so well for you?

HAERAN RYU: Yeah, I was practice couple days before start of the tournament. Nearby the green is too tough, and I talking to my caddie, every hole I just hit it the center and try to make some two putts. That's easy for the golf.

So I just trying to always hit center of the greens, and that's why I hit a lot of greens today and this week.

Q. Heading into the weekend going to be more tougher conditions. What's the approach going to be to this weekend?

HAERAN RYU: Probably same as today, because too windy and rainy, same. So I just trying to more keep the fairway and keep the green and just make some more easy par for tomorrow and final round.
