Q. Pleased to be joined by Jessica Porvasnik after her third round here at the JM Eagle LA Championship presented by Plastpro. 4-under round today. Walk us through the round, especially the closing holes there. How good is it to get those extra birdies coming in?

JESSICA PORVASNIK: Yeah, it was good. I felt like I was playing pretty well. Had a hiccup on nine and just kind of kept grinding. Knew that just stay patient out there. It's playing tough.

To have the three birdies to close was just really nice.

Q. And then the chip-in I believe on 17 as well. Just talk about just what that momentum does for you not just closing out the round, but heading into tomorrow which would be a very important day for anybody?

JESSICA PORVASNIK: Yeah, it's great momentum. Just I'm trying to stay very patient out there and knowing that like it is playing tough and very firm, so just trying to hit shots or make smart decisions really.

Q. Few players mentioned the firmness today. Has it firmed up maybe more than the first rounds?

JESSICA PORVASNIK: Yes, definitely from the first, and yesterday in the afternoon it was already pretty firm. Knew that going into today, so curious to see what they do for tomorrow.

Q. It was just announced while you were on the course that the purse was raised $1 million from 3.75 million to 4.75 million, making it the largest non-major or Tour Championship purse in LPGA history. Talk about the support from JM Eagle and Plastpro and what it means to women's golf.

JESSICA PORVASNIK: Yeah that, huge. That's really impressive. Huge thanks to the Wang family. Even from the pro-am dinner with everything they do for us, it's just truly amazing.

It's so nice to meet a family like that.

Q. And then last one here: What are some thoughts on processes that you make sure you follow tomorrow heading into the final round in contention here?

JESSICA PORVASNIK: Definitely just keep it the same process we've did not doing. Hit lots of fairways, lots of greens and give myself some good opportunities.
