MASTERS TOURNAMENT

April 10, 2026

Harry Hall

Augusta, Georgia, USA

Quick Quotes

Q. Would you say the last chip kind of showed how the Masters went, so close but just not close enough?

HARRY HALL: It's not over yet.

Q. You think your five could be good enough to make the cut?

HARRY HALL: 50/50, yeah.

Q. Okay, that's good. You said yesterday when we spoke that you would be changing a lot the driver, putter. Appeared that it was working for you.

HARRY HALL: Yeah, I tend to have a habit of making myself better after day one.

Q. What went wrong on the last two?

HARRY HALL: I didn't hit the fairways.

Q. Where are you at with the equipment right now? Just I feel a little surprised hearing you put another driver in the bag. What had to come out of the bag?

HARRY HALL: I took a mini out and I put a Ping in and a TaylorMade: one to set up the draw and one to set up the fade basically.

Q. Have you done that before?

HARRY HALL: Yeah, I did it in Houston the last round when I did well a few weeks ago. I've done it a lot actually. Put new putter in play, too. Putted better.

Yeah, still couldn't hit the fairway on the last two holes though.

Q. What do you think of the Masters after these two days?

HARRY HALL: I think it's a great test of golf. I think I need to spin it more with my irons. I need to hit it further in order to win around this place.

Yeah, I had a good stretch of golf out there from 11 to 14, birdie four in a row. That was nice. Felt like I was on a roll.

Yeah, shame I couldn't keep it in play the last two holes or even one of them. Hopefully I'll be around on the weekend. I'll stay positive and see how it goes.

Q. When you're on a stretch of two, three birdies, is it adrenaline that keeps you like just upping your game?

HARRY HALL: No, I think it's just the swing of playing golf. You know, I think I did a lot of things well over the two days. Made a couple of bad decisions, but the putts were just going in.

It was, you know -- yeah, just birdie four in a row.

Q. You know how Amen Corner is the second shot into 11, all of 12, two shots on 13. That's the traditional definition.

HARRY HALL: Right.

Q. What do you think about approach shot to nine, all of ten, tee shot on 11 as its own little nook? Do you think about it that way?

HARRY HALL: No. No I don't. I think it's Amen for a reason. Ten is pretty easy and the tee shot on 11 is pretty easy.

Q. (No microphone.)

HARRY HALL: Well, probably the widest margins out here.

Q. What are you fighting with the driver right now? What are you trying to figure out is that isn't working?

HARRY HALL: Fighting to hit it where I'm looking.
