Quick Quotes
Q. Mateo, your pathway to this year's Masters was through the Latin America Amateur Championship. I know it ended a little bit sooner than you would have liked, but what has this week meant to you as far as your future game and what your next plans are?
MATEO PULCINI: No, it was an unbelievable week. Like, I have a lot of fun. I'm taking a lot of experience from here. Of course the golf wasn't even close to what I thought, but it's golf so taking the good things, the good shots, and the stuff that I need to improve.
It's a lot, so nothing. Taking the good stuff from this week, and yeah.
Q. What are some of the favorite non-golf memories that you'll take away from this week? The shots are the shots. The scores are the scores, but all the other things, the intangibles that not very many people get to see except for you.
MATEO PULCINI: The amateur dinner was really good. I talked with a lot of really important people in golf aspect. Yeah, I had a lot of fun. Then seeing my friends watching me play, my family, and yeah, all the fun part of everything.
Q. Has it kind of hit you yet just the magnitude of the gift that you've given to your family and friends and your country just by being here this week? It will probably come later, but knowing that you get to look in the gallery and see all these people that have followed you for your entire junior and amateur career and they get to enjoy this with you?
MATEO PULCINI: Yeah, my friends were telling me, thank you for inviting me, it was awesome to see you. Yeah, I would love to have played better, but it's fine. We're going to keep having fun. We're going to come to watch tomorrow and Sunday and, yeah, enjoy the moment and the tournament.
Q. So you know you do have privileges still at the Crow's Nest for the entire week. Are you going to hop in for one more night? What are your plans for the weekend?
MATEO PULCINI: I'm pretty sure tonight I'm going to hang out with my friends, so I don't think I'm going to go to Crow's Nest, but probably tomorrow.
