Q. So how would you describe your first Par-3 contest? What was it like?

ANDREW NOVAK: It was awesome. Couldn't ask for a better day. Had a great group. Having a five-month-old here, couldn't imagine anything better than this. Really special day.

Q. What do you think when your five-month-old is a little older and you're able to describe what this is like, what do you think the memories to share or remind?

ANDREW NOVAK: Hopefully we do this for a long time. Hopefully this is an annual thing. Yeah, it was great having her here today, but it'll be great when she's walking, crawling, whatever. Yeah. This is just a special day. It's so fun to get to do this.

Obviously day before a massive tournament for us, but it's a nice time to breathe and just have a little bit of fun.

Q. What do you tell yourself now between finishing the fun, family-oriented Par-3 and relocking in for a major tournament here?

ANDREW NOVAK: I'm going to go get a little bit more work in, just kind of lock back in. It's definitely fun to do this, but I've got a job tomorrow.

So, yeah, I'm going to go maybe get a little bit of food and then get a bit of work in and refocus for tomorrow.

Q. Do you have any relationship being upstate Legends, Wofford College with Jacob Bridgeman. What's your relationship like and have you guys talked about experiencing the first time here?

ANDREW NOVAK: Yeah. Jacob is awesome. I'm not surprised to see this this year. He's an unbelievable player. He's a little younger than me. When I was in college he was kind of the hot name you'd hear about, oh, this junior is killing it. He's beating everybody. Nobody can beat him.

So I've kind of known his name for a while but really haven't gotten to know him since he's been out here the last couple years. Definitely I've always known he's a good player, but it's been pretty cool to see what he's doing.
