ALEX NOREN: Yeah, I do.

Q. First off, how is the course kind of playing this morning?

ALEX NOREN: Yeah. It's good. It's the first time I've seen it in dry weather, this is nice, and I think it's going to keep it dry and no rain on the forecast. So I'm really excited to play.

Q. What's the difference like on a dryer day like this?

ALEX NOREN: The most fun thing about it is you get some roll on the fairways. Like on 2, for example, you can kind of use the fairway. Also fun hitting into greens. It's always a lot of thinking here, but it's even more when it's dry.

And it's going to be interesting.

Q. Are you planning to play in the par-3 today?

ALEX NOREN: No. I'm playing 12:30 out here just to get a feel for the course.

Q. How long has it been since you were last here?

ALEX NOREN: I was here in '23. I was injured last year. So, yeah.

Q. What's it like to be back after a few years? Do you feel like there's a wall there or were you able to roll through?

ALEX NOREN: Yeah. It's nice. I played last week in San Antonio. And it's a really tricky course to play coming into the greens. So I thought it was a great warmup. It's a lot of thinking, exactly like here.

Usually I don't play the week before this tournament, which I think it's better for me to play, to be in the game and kind of knowing where I stand on all the parts of the game.

Q. I guess kind of, finally, asking you to shift gears here a little bit, if you had one day here as like a patron, you got here. From the time you get here, what are you doing throughout the day? What's the food? What are you buying at the merchandise?

ALEX NOREN: I haven't been in the gift shops. I haven't been in the food. I want to see it. My friends tell me about it. I'm happy to be on this side of the ropes. I don't know. I would just explore everything. I would sit and watch some shots, especially during the tournament, sit and watch some shots probably on 15. 15 is interesting. 15 and 16 is extremely interesting, I think. Yeah, everybody, when you get the tickets. I don't have more friends than this week. Everybody wants tickets. So it's great.

Q. Is that part of the deal? I imagine if you went to the pro shop you'd have a lot of people hitting you up for merchandise there, too.

ALEX NOREN: Yeah. And it's like it's the only place to get it. So you gotta be here or ask me. So, yeah.

Q. More friends than usual; right?

ALEX NOREN: I know. I'm very popular this week.
