Q. ... for you again today. And I'm always impressed with your golf, but these past couple weeks seem very impressive. I think there is a stat you've been in the Top 5 ten times in the last ten rounds; that's impressive. Where do you think your game is right now?

NELLY KORDA: I mean, I'm very happy with it. I worked really hard. I took those six weeks off, but I probably took four or five actual days off either not working on my body or golf game.

So I'm just happy with the way that my game is trending. Hopefully it's a big year ahead. All those majors are really condensed into almost what feels like a two-month period, so just trying to get better each round and more work on my game mentally of not getting too flustered with bad shots.

You're really doing that out here, because you hit some really good shots and they turn out poorly. Just trying to work on my mental, my game every single day.

Q. Caddie, Jason, said it felt like the U.S. Open broke on the back nine today. That requires a lot of patience too. Did it kind of feel that way for you out there as well?

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, the waiting was brutal. The pin locations were really tough and that's why we waited a long time on tee boxes. You know, Shadow you could see that with the wind we had throughout the week it got baked out, so afternoon rounds like it's just really hard to stop a lot of shots, especially the par-3.

So just really happy with how I fought today and hopefully take that into tomorrow.
