Q. Joining us after the third round of the Fortinet Founders Cup is Hyo Joo Kim. Hyo Joo, you had seven birdies and an eagle today, can you just talk about your round?

HYO JOO KIM: The start up to hole 6 I believe was unbelievable golf and I can’t even believe it. I had a lot of birdies and eagle too, but I did also have some bogeys I shouldn’t have done. The start felt like almost a game though.

Q. Is there something about this golf course that you think really suits your game?

HYO JOO KIM: The golf course is definitely hard but I had a good score so I’m not sure.

Q. Is a five-stroke lead a position you’re comfortable with?

HYO JOO KIM: There’s been a score difference and I’ve been in the lead so I want to finish tomorrow well.

Q. There’s been several players that have commented about how well you’re playing. What is your reaction to that? A lot of folks have commented like ‘what golf course is she playing?’

HYO JOO KIM: I’m not sure, no comment (laughing).

Q. I asked Sei Young about her relationship to you and you guys growing up playing golf and on the LPGA. What can you say about your relationship to her too? She says she’s always looked up to you and it’s been great to play with you all this time?

HYO JOO KIM: I’m so close to Sei Young and had a close relationship to growing up. I mean I get along well with all the Korean players.

Q. She also mentioned you don’t practice as much as she does. What are your thoughts on that?

HYO JOO KIM: (Shocked)

Q. I asked her about your work ethic and she said that you don’t practice as much as she does.

HYO JOO KIM: I am practicing a lot. I don’t wake up as early as Sei Young but I do.
