Q. Dominic, what has it been like to represent Italy at this event, and what does that mean to you emotionally?

DOMINIC CANZONE: Obviously it's a great honor just having the family lineage. And getting to represent Italy is something that I never thought I'd be able to do.

Again, just special. And Vinnie talked about, earlier, that how intense the games are, even against Brazil and we've got some other big games coming up. But just the atmosphere and how much passion there is, it's a different environment, and it's something to be proud of.

Q. What's it like having Vinnie as the team captain and coordinating all the dugout celebrations and all that, which you were a part of after the homer yesterday?

DOMINIC CANZONE: Yeah, he's obviously a great leader. He's been here before. It is a bit chaotic just trying to get to meet everyone and know everyone's names and try to get that chemistry going as quickly as possible. So to have someone that's been here and done that type of deal, it's been huge to have everyone in the same boat and what to expect every day.

Q. Who liked the espresso more, you or Nori?

DOMINIC CANZONE: I'm going to guess Nori because he at least got one down, but they said they turned it down a little bit for him on the second one. It was more just burning hot and burned the roof of my mouth. So, still recovering from that.

But I think we'll probably cool it down a little bit today or do something a little different, because that was hot.

Q. I know you once played for Torey Lovullo, who is a proud Italian. Has he spoken to you prior to this tournament at all?

DOMINIC CANZONE: Not yet, no. I'm sure he'll reach out at some point or talk to maybe Corbin or someone about it, coming through the D-backs organization, but not yet.

Q. Building off the earlier question about the bonding, what was that flight like and just how y'all came together?

DOMINIC CANZONE: Yeah, obviously it's a great time to get to know everyone, a long flight like that, a few hours, just trying to be a little bit loose. And the vibes are definitely good.
