THE MODERATOR: Our winners tonight, Jupiter Links golf club, the No. 4 seed here in the playoffs at SoFi Center. Got to start with Tom Kim with the 14th hole. Talk us through walking up the tee box and at the end getting body checked by Max Homa.

TOM KIM: Yeah, I've never been tackled before. That was one thing. It's a shot that I've hit well before and it's a shot that I've practiced a lot in the stadium. I haven't made much hole-in-ones in my life, and not a better way to do it than today.

Q. Kis, how fun was it for you to put the exclamation point there on the 15th hole?

KEVIN KISNER: I texted Max Homa when I saw the yardage book at 7:15 this morning and said if it comes down to 15 we're probably screwed, because Wyndham can get there in two and I can't.

Of course, Tom makes a hole-in-one and then they throw the hammer and Max is like, well, you asked for it at 17, so here you go.

It was cool, man. Good way to finish. You always dream about having a putt to win a match, and really cool after the way Max and Tom played the two before me to finish it off. It wouldn't have been as cool if I didn't finish it off.

Q. Max, the 13th hole, hammer thrown on the tee, how important was it to get that win to get the momentum switched?

MAX HOMA: Yeah, we're in the locker room in the little break, and our plan was throw it there if we could, and then throw it on TK's hole. We were in a little hole, but if we win those two, obviously we had a real chance. It was nice to get those two points on the board and get us back in it. Being down one in this is not too dangerous. We've been down a lot, so we know what's bad.

It was great. You always want to make a clutch putt in front of the GOAT, so it felt good.

Q. Tiger, is that the most fun you've had on a golf course without hitting a golf shot?

TIGER WOODS: Yeah, this was a blast. To be with these guys, this was our original team last year, so we bonded last year and coming into this year, and then obviously adding Akshay. We've had a blast.

That's the thing, we had a blast last year, we're having a blast this year. For each one of these guys to earn the holes coming in and contribute like they did, it couldn't be more special and better for these guys.

Q. We see epic comebacks in sports all the time. Could you compare this to anything in your golfing career? Tom, you started with a quad before and won. What could you guys compare this to?

MAX HOMA: It's a little different when you've got two partners. We've had some cool moments in the Presidents Cup and Ryder Cup, but that was unique.

I don't know, I'm very proud to be around guys who don't give up. That's all I would ever teach my son. It was nice that we just kept plugging along. I learned it from this guy, watching him, but if you hang around and keep getting good golf shots, you just wait, you just never know.

I thought they did an amazing job of that, so it was cool.

Q. Tom and maybe the other guys, too, hole-in-one on a sim, I don't know how many you have in your career, but are we counting that one?

TIGER WOODS: Absolutely.

TOM KIM: They said they are, so --

TIGER WOODS: You're over 21, right?

KEVIN KISNER: Can you buy beer?

TOM KIM: I don't know how.

Q. It's easy to root for a hole-in-one. It's easy to root for Tiger Woods. But it felt like something different in the SoFi Center tonight in terms of a home-team atmosphere. Did you guys feel like you were the home team tonight, apart from geographical and Jupiter location?

MAX HOMA: We have Tiger; every week is a home event. He's not even hitting and he's everybody's favorite person out there.

KEVIN KISNER: We didn't have any Kis chirping Max before he hits it. It felt good.

MAX HOMA: It did feel good.

KEVIN KISNER: You can hear people talking trash before you hit, which is the most odd thing in golf.

MAX HOMA: I've had a nine year old on my ass the whole season.

KEVIN KISNER: This kid has been in Max's head the whole season, and tonight he wasn't.

Q. Tiger, you've obviously seen some pretty historic things and been the protagonist in most things in your golf life. How does this compare in terms of pure electricity and a moment?

TIGER WOODS: Well, I think this is what we set out to do with TGL. We tried to grow the game, tried to do it differently. We don't normally play golf at 9:00 to 11:00 at night, so to be able to do this out here and to have this showcase, to have this group of guys, to be able to do what we did at the end, to have a hole-in-one, to have everything that happened at the very end, that's what it was all about. That's why we started it, and we're able to grow the game that way.

As I said, I couldn't be more proud of these guys. We hung around, as Max was saying. We weathered so many putts that they made. We just hung around, hung around, and the worm turned and it flipped, so we took advantage of it.

TOM KIM: Where does this rank? 15 majors, 82 wins, where does this rank?

TIGER WOODS: Best indoor experience ever.

Q. Tom, obviously the hole-in-one, incredible, but what's it feel like to make Tiger Woods smile like that and react like that and get jacked up like that?

TOM KIM: It's pretty fun. I've never really -- golf is such an individual sport and has been for such a long time. We're starting now to have more team events, and you probably never see Tiger celebrate that much more another person have a hole-in-one.

No, it was fun. But I think everyone needs to understand, my hole-in-one doesn't happen if Max doesn't birdie the previous hole. This is such a team effort.

I was just so glad I didn't have to hit anymore because there was a lot of pressure on Kis to finish the match.

KEVIN KISNER: I wasn't feeling it at all; don't worry about it.

TOM KIM: I could tell.

Q. You guys get another crack at Boston Common, round one of the playoffs coming off the OT loss Sunday. Any retribution there?

TIGER WOODS: We're looking forward to it.

TOM KIM: So looking forward to it.

Q. What is it about that team that's so hard to beat?

TOM KIM: We beat them last year and we got into a playoff this year, and they only won because there was a few breaks that happened. We're not any worse than them.

I feel like all the teams that play against us play like him when he was playing against everyone else. I feel like really this back nine we played like him when he was winning all the golf tournaments.

I feel like I can speak for our whole team. We're really excited to go up against Boston.

Q. Tiger, you saw the up-and-down by Max, the hole-in-one by Tom, and that clutch putt by Kis. What does that say about the group's confidence heading into the playoffs?

TIGER WOODS: Well, I mean, hey, we had an opportunity to get in the playoffs on Sunday and we came up just a little bit short.

But it took a total team effort, and we did it today. As I said, we weathered so many putts that they made from everywhere. It came down to literally the very end.

As I said earlier, I can't be more proud of these guys for every one of them contributing when we needed it the most, and it started off with Max. If Max doesn't get that, then the worm doesn't turn. But it flipped on Max, TK took over, and then Kis just cleaned it up.

Q. Tiger, now that you guys are officially a playoff team and seeing how the league has played out the last two seasons, if you were to fill in the blank on what the best teams in this league do well, how would you fill in the X, Y, Z?

TIGER WOODS: Well, I think that we've been on the other side of it a lot, so that for some reason we seem to get a lot of these teams that make a lot of putts on us. The simulator stuff, once you get used to hitting a ball inside, and the guys have gotten used to this, but it's making the putts. If you can make putts out here, you can get it rolling. We did it at the very end. They did it early, and then we flipped it on them.

Q. Tiger, you've got two weeks until the semifinals. Are you on the table to play?

TIGER WOODS: I'm looking forward to it.

Q. To playing?

TIGER WOODS: Well, I'll be here either way.

KEVIN KISNER: He dodged that one.

TIGER WOODS: Bob and weave, bob and weave.

Q. I guess this is a little bit of a multifaceted question from an ownership standpoint, being an owner of Jupiter Links, a cofounder of the league, an ultimate competitor, ultimate teammate. What is this experience to make the playoffs for the first time in TGL and so climactically with the hole-in-one? Does it make your desire to get back to playing any more anxious? Do you feel after that camaraderie, that experience that we just all witnessed out there, it gets you itching back to play, maybe even perhaps for the Masters?

TIGER WOODS: Well, I think that overall last year, this was the original team, and we all played, and we all bonded. To be able to do that again this year -- unfortunately I haven't been able to play, but I've been here with these guys and have rooted and cheered and pulled for them. It's been so much fun to be with these guys. This is a great group of guys.

That's what makes -- the TGL experience, if you asked all these guys on the various teams what makes the experience, I think it's just being with your teammates. We don't get a chance to do that very often. Once a year if you're on the U.S. Team, but not on a more routine basis like we are here with TGL.

The bonding that we've had and the text exchange and the group text, then adding Akshay to it, it's been so much fun for us. That's the bonding that happens.

KEVIN KISNER: I'll finish with this: Tom, you only made one hole-in-one in your life. This is your second one. Let me tell you what you do. You buy all the media members beer. Bar is open on Tom Kim. Go crazy on his credit card.
