WOMEN'S AMATEUR ASIA-PACIFIC CHAMPIONSHIP

February 13, 2026

Yunseo Yang

Heretaunga, Wellington, New Zealand

Quick Quotes

YUNSEO YANG: I was a bit nervous at the start of the round, and things didn't go exactly the way I wanted early on, but I focused on what I could control and the good results followed.

Even in situations during the round where I could have gotten carried away, I tried my best to stay calm and composed.

I’ll continue to give my best effort on the things I can control. As it’s called Moving Day, I’ll work hard to make a move up the leaderboard.

My putting was solid again today. I managed my strategy well according to the pin positions, and the results were positive. That was the key to maintaining keep my score.
