Quick Quotes
Q. You've had a great round today. Can you just talk me through a couple of the standout holes for you?
LISA COETZER: So a couple of holes that stand out for me is definitely 11, yesterday coming from a triple, today being able to birdie that hole.
Then definitely 16 where I made a long birdie putt. That was a really good putt. I was just trying to lag it up to the hole, and I managed to get the pace and speed right.
Then the first hole is always nice to birdie.
Yeah, it was pretty good.
Q. You had a slightly trickier time through the front nine. Tell me your thoughts on that.
LISA COETZER: Yeah, I was struggling through the front nine. I started par, bogey, bogey, so I really struggled mentally to get back from that. But I got it right, and I eventually came back from it on hole 8. I got a birdie, and that kind of pushed me with my momentum into the back nine to get that score even better.
Q. Yesterday you said to me that you were looking forward to playing in the morning. Has that been something that's been beneficial to you?
LISA COETZER: Yeah, definitely. Heat plays a big role. I think the morning field has a slight advantage over the afternoon field, even though we're finishing in the heat and the boys tee off in the heat. But it was swapped yesterday. I'm feeling pretty good.
Q. How much confidence does today give you going into tomorrow?
LISA COETZER: It's pretty good. I'm feeling good. I want to go to the range for a little bit and see what's going on there because my irons were a bit off. But other than that, I'm feeling good. I'm happy going into tomorrow.
