Quick Quotes
Q. Tough start to the round, but bounced back, put together a great round. Talk a little bit about how today was for you.
WYNDHAM CLARK: Yeah, it wasn't the greatest start. It could have been decent on the front, I just left a lot of putts short. The greens were a lot slower over here than the previous two courses we played, so I didn't quite adjust. As the round went on I adjusted and hit some good shots and had a great back nine.
Q. The wind picked up a little bit. Did that affect you in any way or were you already in a rhythm?
WYNDHAM CLARK: It definitely made it tougher. This is traditionally kind of the easier of the courses, score-wise, and with the wind it kind of made it challenging. It is a narrow golf course, so some of the start lines were difficult. But I seem to have scored better with the wind picked up, so maybe it helped me.
Q. Your 64 yesterday was your lowest 18-hole score on TOUR in your last 29 rounds. Did that have any play into today building your confidence, or do you feel like any difference?
WYNDHAM CLARK: Thanks for bringing up the past. No, yeah, it's really been good. As I've progressed in the off-season, both changing a little bit of equipment, working with a new coach, and dialing in the putter, my game's starting to feel really good, so it was nice to see some good scores and make a lot of birdies.
Q. You're in contention for tomorrow, what's the game plan heading into the final round?
WYNDHAM CLARK: I mean, it's lame, but I'm not really going to change much. I'm just going to go out and keep doing what I'm doing. I'm rolling the rock really nicely, I've been hitting it good all week, so hopefully it's my day tomorrow.
