Q. Jacob, 64. Excellent round of golf. Just get some comments on your play today?

JACOB BRIDGEMAN: Yeah, I played great today. I feel like I didn't play very good the first three days and kind of just scored really well. Made birdies when I got in a good spot and kind of got out of trouble really well the first three days.

Today just felt super easy. I hit I don't know how many fairways, but I felt like the first three days I might have hit five a day. A lot better today. Hit a bunch today, bunch of greens, made a couple putts.

Q. Assess your week. T2 right now. Chris is a little ahead. Talk about what a great week this is to start for you.

JACOB BRIDGEMAN: Yeah, no, I've never played good here. I've never played really good at the start of the year. I've always been knocking rust off and trying to figure out how to get back in tournament mode.

So it's really nice to start the year off nicely. Looks like Chris has a pretty big pad; hope he holds on.

Q. What's your schedule over the next couple weeks?

JACOB BRIDGEMAN: I'm playing American Express, taking off Torrey, and then playing a lot, I think the next seven.

Q. Such a great start as you mentioned. What are your goals for this season?

JACOB BRIDGEMAN: Yeah, I think last year I hit pretty much all the goals I wanted except winning, so that's still the number one goal is to win. Make TOUR Championship is probably the No. 2 goal. If I can do those things it'll kind of fall in place.
