CHRIS GOTTERUP: Yeah, obviously tough day out here with the wind. Felt like golf was relatively easy yesterday. Felt good today; great start.

Yeah, it was a grind on the back, and coming through the turn here parring both par-5s here you feel like you left a couple out there.

If you told me going into the weekend on Wednesday I would be one or two out I probably would've taken it and ran.

So, yeah, happy with the start.

Q. Talk a little bit about how much the wind does affect this golf course.

CHRIS GOTTERUP: Yeah, I mean, one, yesterday was very soft out here. Today was much firmer and faster; doglegs get a little tighter and greens get harder to hit. When you're in the rough out here it's not very fun.

Yeah, just makes it harder to do everything really.

Q. Large group there at 9-under par; you're just one back. Just comment about the next two days.

CHRIS GOTTERUP: That's the beauty of these old school courses. You know, unless someone is playing unbelievable you're going to get some tight leaderboards and not awfully high scoring, and especially if it's going to be windy like this it's going to be tough.

So, yeah, I'm excited for the weekend first week back at work, so excited to be in to the mix.
