Quick Quotes
Q. Great round out there today. A couple people yesterday said post round it made different in tournament conditions than the practice rounds. Do you feel similar or that it was fairly consistent?
BRIAN HARMAN: Greens were a little quicker for sure. No, I felt like it played pretty similar. It's a pretty tough course to learn, really. I mean, there's some really awkward tee shots. It's a little different than what we're used to but I enjoyed the course.
Q. The strength of your game, especially being the flat stick, how much do you think this course suits your game?
BRIAN HARMAN: I've heard it called a second shot golf course but the tee shots are tough. I feel like it's a lot. It's a little bit like an Open. You have to fit some shots into some places, just kind of awkward.
I'm striking it pretty well. Hit some irons in there pretty close. Saved par when I had to. When I hit it in the trees, I didn't make any big scores.
Q. In terms of your game from what you've seen over the first two days, what are you most pleased with?
BRIAN HARMAN: Yeah, I had not played a lot of golf since THE TOUR Championship. It's been pretty rusty. Just nice to get out there and watch some shots go where I want them to and nice to make a few putts.
Q. Just finally on the type of grass that's also very different to what you're used to in the U.S. How are you adjusting to that?
BRIAN HARMAN: I think it's bermuda here. I grew up on bermuda, so it's not totally different. Golf course is in great shape. Greens are rolling pretty good. They are a little soft in some spots but it's very playable.
