THE MODERATOR: Congratulations. Each of your initial thoughts on winning this title again...

JASMINE PAOLINI: Yeah, it's great. It was an amazing two weeks. Really amazing feeling to win this title again.

Yeah, today was a tough one, but we managed to come back and we played an amazing tiebreak.

SARA ERRANI: Yeah, we enjoyed a lot these two weeks. We are very proud of how we managed to come back in the match, change after the first set. We end very good.

THE MODERATOR: Questions, please.

Q. Jasmine, it's been a pretty spectacular two weeks for you in China Open with all the fan reception, the nicknames, the vest. What has made the China Open this year particularly special for you?

JASMINE PAOLINI: I played this tournament from 2023. It's always been a great feeling to come to the China Open. I think it's really great tournament, well-organized, nice people, nice fans. I really like to play here. This year I managed to play better in singles. Was a tough one.

It's always great to be back here. It's a really great tournament to me.

Q. Sara, on your experience at China Open, obviously you're well-familiar with this event. What do you make of how much it's grown and changed, in your opinion? How would you sum up this year for yourself?

SARA ERRANI: Yeah, they improve a lot everything, the court, the stability. It's always nice for us, easy to stay here, beautiful everything. We feel a lot of love from the people also. That is important thing.

Was long because is a long tournament, but we enjoyed a lot. We stay fine, good. Was great two weeks.

Q. How would you describe after the first set loss, how did you manage to come back? How did you adjust yourself during the break?

JASMINE PAOLINI: Yeah, was tough. We started with a lot of mistakes. We lost many important points. But we were repeating to ourself to stay there, stay positive, to fight. In the end it worked. We found a little bit more of our tennis, less mistakes. We were more I think tactically, like, organized well. We played an amazing tiebreak. Was great to come back like this, but was really, really tough. The first set actually was really tough for us.

Q. Jasmine, what do you think is more difficult, to get the trophy or the Beijing Boa Zong vest?

JASMINE PAOLINI: I have in the bag (laughter).

Q. Are you going to wear it on the plane?

JASMINE PAOLINI: Maybe. In the plane usually is so cold. This one is going to come with me in the plane. I hope I'm not scaring people with that (smiling).

No, it's a great feeling. I really felt the love these two weeks. It's great to be in China. Also Shenzhen was an amazing experience. Here, as well.

I don't know. Hopefully we are going to have fun also in Wuhan and Ningbo.
