NASCAR CUP SERIES: BANK OF AMERICA ROVAL 400

October 5, 2025

Chase Briscoe

Concord, North Carolina

Press Conference

An Interview with:

Q. The 19 team of Chase Briscoe transfers via 19 points to the good on the cut line. You finished 14th here today, but you battled through some adversity. You weren't feeling well. I know you had some nausea behind the wheel. How were you able to overcome that?

CHASE BRISCOE: I don't know. It was definitely an odd day. We weren't that great in the first place. Yeah, I don't know. They gave me a little pill at the beginning. I felt way better. I was just getting so dizzy at the beginning. I've kind of been fighting something all week. I sound terrible, I'm sure.

Yeah, after the first 20 laps I was able to kind of feel fine. There at the end I was struggling a little bit, but I was also cruising, trying not to make a mistake. Yeah, wasn't a super pretty day for our Brass Pro Shop Tracker Toyota. It was good enough, and that's all we needed to do.

Q. As you look at the next round and the kickoff next weekend at Vegas, how optimistic are you about what the team can do?

CHASE BRISCOE: Yeah, I feel really good about it. I though this was going to be the one round that was going to be the biggest struggle for us. New Hampshire is not a great place for me. This place is chaotic as can be.

Next round, with the exception of Talladega, they're kind of more traditional track. Yeah. I feel really good about it. I know a mile-and-a-half-wise would be good. Talladega, we just have to get there and see what happens. Then Martinsville, I thought we were decent there.

I feel like we have a path to get there. More than likely we will probably have to win, but you never know with the playoffs. We will see what we can do.
