Q. 500 appearances on Tour and you've made your milestone appearance here at the Home of Golf. How special has this week been?

NICOLAS COLSAERTS: I knew I was going to be completely taken, 500 in a career is something pretty big. But when you get to do it here, it goes beyond everything that you can ever feel. I mean, I hold it together until 18.

But yeah, when you look at the images, I'm completely taken by the situation. Yeah, every little golfer dreams about playing St Andrews. I mean, I nearly won this tournament last year. And to be able to celebrate this milestone here, you start this journey, you don't know where it's going to take you but to finish here, it's absolutely incredible.

Q. You said that what happened at St Andrews gave you the jump start to go again this year, and it's funny how it's all come full circle.

NICOLAS COLSAERTS: It's amazing fitting. I remember I first came here in 2003 and I missed out by a couple of spots. I didn't play the event. I've had good finishes here. Every golfer on earth, when you get to St Andrews and you walk these trees and you make that turn and the 18th green just sits there, it's a place for golf that resonates like no other.

So to be able to do this here this week and with all the emotions that come with it and to do it with Rachel, with Oliver, Jackson at home, who I'm sure is watching on the TV, yeah, you can tell I'm completely taken by all this.

Q. And having Rachel walking down the 18th fairway with you, as well.

NICOLAS COLSAERTS: Listen, we had an unbelievable week. You know, I knew that this 500th week was going to be something to celebrate, and we really did celebrate. We had an amazing week as a family. Yeah, every step of the way, staying in an apartment all together and waking up together and having nice breakfast in the morning, and just not really taking the golf that seriously but really embracing what St Andrews is about, what this amazing tournament is about. And seeing friends and meeting unbelievable people, and spending four days with Kelly Slater, one of the most incredible athletes that's ever lived, I'm extremely fortunate.
