KROGER QUEEN CITY CHAMPIONSHIP PRESENTED BY P&G

September 14, 2025

Maja Stark

Maineville, Ohio, USA

Q. All right, here with Maja Stark after her final round at the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G. Looking like a top 10 finish; possibly Top 5 this week. What went well?

MAJA STARK: I think I have started to putt a lot better. I feel like I saved a lot of pars today, even though my irons were a bit everywhere, going everywhere.

I think I was better at saving than I usually am.

Q. Anything to fine tune over the next couple weeks into the fall-Asia Swing into CME before the season wraps?

MAJA STARK: Yeah, it's my long game. Keep making sure I'm doing what I should throughout the weeks, because I feel like on the weekend my irons have been significantly worse than Thursday, Friday.

So I think just making sure that I have the same routines and stuff.

Q. You mentioned the putting earlier. What is it about this week that was maybe clicking a little bit better for you putting-wise?

MAJA STARK: I think I see the greens a lot better. I see the speed or I see the lines a lot better. And then I think I've been working on my putting and just my basic stuff and I feel like I'm trusting that I can start them online now whereas that wasn't the case before.
