Q. Here with Nelly Korda. Good couple of days in the books here in Hawai'i with a chance to win over the next couple. What went well today and how satisfied are you with your couple days' work?

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, I would say the main difference between today and yesterday was just the putts dropped. It was a little gustier out there today versus yesterday, so it was fun to play in, kind of show my creative side.

But overall happy with the first two days. You know, at the halfway mark, so still have 36 holes to go.

Q. Do you want those gusty conditions to continue over the next couple days? Does that bring out the best out in you?

NELLY KORDA: I don't know. Obviously you're expecting it kind of playing in Hawai'i, on an island. You never know what you're kind of going to get.

Growing up in Florida, kind of used to the gusty conditions. But kind of expect that out here in Hawai'i, so you kind of have that mindset that you're going to have to show your creative side this week.

Q. Only the third time you've been over here to play, third different golf course. You adjusted pretty well. How important in the context of the season are the next couple days for you?

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, I give it 100% every single round. Doesn't matter if it's at the start or the end of the year. Be nice to get a couple good rounds in always, but at the end of the day every round I give it a 100% and I want to succeed with every shot that I hit.
