Q. 11 points in the morning is pretty dominant. How do you better that this afternoon in a format that's supposed to be a little more difficult?

STEWART CINK: Well, I think it's difficult for everybody, and so the points are relative, but my partner right here, Jason, is just gaining confidence and momentum. Like Jim Furyk said to all the players who had to play in team events before, after the first tee ball there is no more rookies.

And he's not acting like look a rookie at all. He played great and we matched up really well. Actually I think we kind of flipped today. Whereas yesterday it was more my tee balls, your iron shots, my putts; today we had a lot more of your tee balls in play; I hit second shots.

It was just a pretty effective mix of our golf bags.

JASON CARON: Yeah.

Q. I want to say, of all the players out here, you might be the only one running with a crew as deep as MC Hammer in the '80s back in the day. Even your daughter was out following you out all day today. What kind of inspiration are you drawing from all these people?

JASON CARON: Yeah, I don't know. I mean, listen, I played way back in the day when I was younger but now I have a job at the Mill River Club up there in Long Island, but get to play with these guys and compete with them and get some confidence. Like you said, you got a great partner your confidence gets going pretty good.

Like I said earlier, like my putter is starting to feel like the way it should be feeling. When that happens I can make a few putts. That helps the team out, which will be great. It's been a lot of fun.

Q. I got good news and bad news before I let ya'll go. What you want first?

STEWART CINK: We always want the bad news first.

JASON CARON: The bad news.

Q. Well, tomorrow is a pro-am day so you guys have kind of a day off.

STEWART CINK: That's the good news.

Q. And you don't get to be partners on Sunday.

JASON CARON: That is bad news.

STEWART CINK: I wish we could play another day just like the last two days like tomorrow. The pro-am is important to the tournament of course, but I feel like me and my partner right here are kind of finding our stride in this thing.
