Q. The other half of the comedy duo of Bjørn and Clarke, here with Thomas Bjørn. 12 1/2 points? What in the world happened out there? What were you doing?

THOMAS BJØRN: I was 4-under par when I woke up. That's always a nice thing. Just got a nice start this morning, hit great shots on 1, 2, and 3. Then you're in that groove.

We've still got a lot of work to do, but it will be after a nice start today.

Q. How different did the golf course play after all the rain we got last night?

THOMAS BJØRN: It's a little bit you don't get the roll off the tees. For the last couple days, you got a nice roll off the tees. Today they just kind of plug in the fairways. It just makes it a little bit longer, but not much.

The green's still holding up great. It was still pretty good out there.

Q. Because you have to stop and have lunch, how in the world are you going to be like we've still got to keep this momentum going?

THOMAS BJØRN: Pretty experienced at what we do, I guess. That's the good thing about this group of players. We've been through it all.

I don't know about lunch. It still feels like breakfast. We're going to have a second breakfast, I think.

Q. Be honest, are you going to give Captain Darren a little hand, only 11 1/2 for you?

THOMAS BJØRN: Today we're teammates. Tomorrow we'll give him some stick.
