Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
Q. You're longtime friends. You've played a lot together. How do you keep each other going? Was it very close and exciting in the middle of the round?
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: Yeah, we practice, played a bunch of times together before, but never on a tournament day. It was a lot of fun. She tried to cheer me up a lot, and like tried to just convince me to talk because sometimes I can be a little bit quiet. So it was a lot of fun.
But it's a lot of fun out there. I think we did our best and we tried -- obviously tried to make a lot of birdies. We had some really good opportunities out there, left some but made some putts out there, so it was a lot of fun?
Q. What did each of you do well today in your opinion? What did Jeeno do well today?
JEENO THITIKUL: I mean, I think she got a really good putter today. I had some like unlucky lip-outs, but obviously she holes the putts really well, and also her speed, too.
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: I think just everything good. Like no complaints. She did well today. Most of her shots were makeable birdies and really played consistent off the tee, as well.
Q. And your opponents played very well, as well.
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: Yes, it was very intense because they played really well. We just kind of putt back and forth.
JEENO THITIKUL: They're tough to beat, as well. Like yesterday in the press conference some of the media asked us like which team do you think will be in the finals, and I would say in my mind Australia always on top of there, and then we faced the Australians for the first day.
I'm not saying we're going to give up because they have a really strong team. We do, too. It's really unpredictable because of the match play. But we did a really good job today.
