Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
Q. Another win today; can you just talk us through your round today?
MINJEE LEE: I think we struggled a little bit in the start. I think our games were a little bit off to start the day, and kind of came around maybe middle of the back --
STEPHANIE KYRIACOU: Yeah, like the 11th hole.
We didn't really give ourselves many chances on the front, and then it kind of just all came together from 12, 13.
Minjee had like four in a row and then I had a couple to finish.
MINJEE LEE: She finished so we were --
STEPHANIE KYRIACOU: We gelled.
MINJEE LEE: -- the last six holes that we played.
Q. You said yesterday Minjee gave you some words of wisdom. Did she give you anything today?
STEPHANIE KYRIACOU: Not really. I gave her something. We were a couple down and we had this conversation the other day. Apparently the word -- we were trying to figure out what the word dormie means, and it apparently means to sleep, so I just said, let's to sleep.
Q. Yesterday you played together; you've played together before in International Crown. How did you go about pairing today?
STEPHANIE KYRIACOU: I asked the boss.
MINJEE LEE: I think Hannah and Grace kind of wanted another shot together, so we were happy to go with the same teams.
But I switched the order of who went out first. I think regardless of who played with who, we still would have had a great time.
Q. You said yesterday Minjee was the mom, Hannah was the aunt?
MINJEE LEE: Other way.
Q. How do you like that more leadership role?
STEPHANIE KYRIACOU: I think she owns it.
MINJEE LEE: Yeah, I do.
STEPHANIE KYRIACOU: She uses it to her advantage, boss us around a bit.
MINJEE LEE: A little bit, not too much. I'm just always a couple minutes late so they can never say anything to me.
STEPHANIE KYRIACOU: Well, we can, but she just doesn't really care.
Q. What are your thoughts going into the next couple of days?
MINJEE LEE: I mean, I think it's going to be pretty exciting. I don't know what the other scores are at the moment, but I think we have a good chance come tomorrow, and hopefully we can put up a good show.
Q. You were down at the turn. Tell me how you turned that match around.
STEPHANIE KYRIACOU: Yeah, I don't know. We kind of had a little pep talk there on 11, a few swear words so probably can't repeat it here.
But yeah, we started off really slow and didn't really give ourselves many chances and then Minjee started stumping it and I started holing some things and then it kind of went our way.
Q. This pairing is a very successful pairing, Minjee. Tell me what makes it so good for the Australians.
MINJEE LEE: I think regardless of who we were paired with, we were going to come out and be competitive and be aggressive as the course allows.
But I think because I'm familiar with playing with Steph, it's just much more fun. I can say whatever to her and she doesn't really take it to heart.
STEPHANIE KYRIACOU: I think that's called bullying. It tends to happen a lot with Minjee. But I allow it sometimes.
MINJEE LEE: I am not a bully, but I'll say I'm an aunty.
