HANWHA LIFEPLUS INTERNATIONAL CROWN

October 24, 2025

Angel Yin

Yealimi Noh

Lilia Vu

Lauren Coughlin

Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

Q. I know you spoke about it a little bit, but just thinking about what those gentlemen and women are going through over here in terms of what that day-to-day looks like, how much does it make you appreciate your lot in life and getting to do what you guys do every single day?

ANGEL YIN: They're here to do what they do for us to be able to do what we do, and it's really great to see them come out and support us. It keeps the spirit alive, especially since we're representing our country and them every day.

Q. Anyone want to add to that?

YEALIMI NOH: We were like, oh, my gosh, they have to walk all these hills?

LAUREN COUGHLIN: They're in a little better shape than us.

LILIA VU: I'm like, Lauren, please make it. I don't want to go to 17.

Q. You all seem to be having the most fun. I've seen this at Solheim Cup but never at a Crown like this. What's been the key to the chemistry?

LILIA VU: I think we're so comfortable with each other, like from Monday night, we just like went to dinner together, kind of shared some stuff, and then had a good time, some team bonding. Ice tea, share tea.

Q. Lilia, how does it compare from '23 to now in terms of what the golf has been like and how well you're playing from Harding Park to Korea?

LILIA VU: I would say I think I'm having a little more fun this year. I think the weather is nicer. I'm not as cold as I was at TPC Harding. It's just nice to see the fans on the first hole and just all have a good time.

Q. Did you know about the soldiers before you got to the first tee?

ANGEL YIN: Yes.

LILIA VU: Yeah, we did. They told us last night.

ANGEL YIN: We thought they were just going to see us at the end.

LILIA VU: After the round.

ANGEL YIN: But they were there the whole round. They were troopers. No pun intended.

The matches were hard today. Yesterday, too, but today when we were down, they really gave us that boost to know that our people are here cheering us on and we just need to keep our head up and keep going.

Q. Were you down, Angel? It seems like you were up a lot.

ANGEL YIN: We were 2-down through 3.

Q. I heard a lot of dinner talk earlier. Did you guys go to Shake Shack last night?

ANGEL YIN: She did.

LAUREN COUGHLIN: I was like so excited and I was a little underwhelmed by it.

LILIA VU: (?) She was talking about it all day and then I asked her this morning and she was like, it wasn't as good as I thought it would be.

YEALIMI NOH: We were talking about Taco Bell and how it's not as good here because it's too fresh tasting. You need like more --

ANGEL YIN: Not enough chemicals.

LAUREN COUGHLIN: We're going to go to barbecue tonight, so it's going to be great.

Q. Looking ahead to tomorrow, what does that look like for you? What's the mindset?

LAUREN COUGHLIN: The exact same way as --

ANGEL YIN: Yeah.

LILIA VU: We're just all like if it's not broke, don't fix it.

ANGEL YIN: Because we cannot get it right.

LILIA VU: We keep getting confused.

ANGEL YIN: We all thought we were playing Australia today. (Talking over one another.)

LILIA VU: I had no idea. I just knew I was playing with her. That's all I cared about.

ANGEL YIN. Yeah. I mean, keep it rolling until Sunday. I believe we clinched, so got to treat tomorrow --

LILIA VU: Yeah, let's get it.
