Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
Q. It was nice to see Charley making the winning putt after you making it yesterday. Definitely talk about that.
LYDIA KO: I mean, I'm going to keep saying it, but Charley was on her own today. I literally I think only one of my score counted.
I didn't hit -- my ball striking was not that great on the front nine, but on the back nine I actually gave myself a lot of good looks and I just wasn't able to convert.
I was walking up with Hyo Joo and I said, I don't know if it's the last two holes yesterday that ended up becoming the footage of putts that I was going to hole over two days, but Charley played so solid and hit it really well.
She made a lot of difficult putts because the pins I felt like were on steeper hills today. So for somebody that would've 100% felt like she was playing alone out there on a four-ball, she played so great under the circumstances and the pressure of playing against Korea.
Q. Charley, have you got any thoughts?
CHARLEY HULL: Yeah, played pretty decent out there today. Didn't hole as many putts as I wanted on back night, but I played pretty solid.
Q. It was a thrilling match at the highest level. It must have been so exciting to be part of playing two of the words best players in Korea. So was the atmosphere you two against the crowd or how was it?
LYDIA KO: Yeah, I think as it got closer and closer coming down the stretch the applause for our shots was slowly decreasing.
But, I mean, that's what you would expect, right? When Charley plays back home there is obviously going to be a little bit more fan support towards her, and for me as well.
So I don't think that was out of the ordinary. For the most part we just focus on our own game and just try to give ourselves a lot of good looks, and I think that's what you got to do.
Yesterday and today, and I mean every day, we know it's going to be difficult, and...
Charley played great.
Q. Two matches going down to 18, which is not that usual as well.
CHARLEY HULL: We just wanted to burn more calories on them last two holes so we can eat more food.
Q. Yeah, no gym needed.
CHARLEY HULL: Yeah, oh, I don't go to the gym no more, so it's fine by me.
LYDIA KO: She looks great.
Q. Is there an extra bit of satisfaction beating Korea with all the home fans?
CHARLEY HULL: Yeah, I just enjoy playing golf. It was fun being out there with Lydia. She's like so relaxed, and that's the kind of partner I like. I don't really like anyone that's like, yeah, come on. I don't like that. I think that's a little rubbish.
I like someone that's like chill, just out there just chilled. That's what you get from Lydia and it's perfect for me.
Q. And then it's not many more exciting things in golf than when it gets down to the final putt. All the pressure is on your shoulders. How do you feel as you hit it?
CHARLEY HULL: Felt like Lydia hit it a lot closer than me, but Lydia's putt she greened it, because it was on a massive slope.
So I knew like I had a big hill to putt up. It was like, I don't know, 12 feet. But I managed to whack it, but I don't want to whack it too hard because I don't want to have a fiddler coming back.
So just thought hole it and save the stress.
