Q. Marcus, you came into the weekend with the lead, and you're still very much up there in the mix. How pleased are you with the way that you grinded out there today?

MARCUS ARMITAGE: Yeah, about 50 per cent of what I can do out there today. I've still got a shot going into tomorrow. Shame I couldn't pull off a few birdies on the back nine, but I just wasn't driving it well enough. Try and work on that now and go into tomorrow with a positive attitude.

Q. You mentioned the back nine. How patient did you have to be?

MARCUS ARMITAGE: Just got to keep grinding, keep telling yourself you're still in it, you're still in it. Although you feel like you're losing, not playing great, you're still in it.

So you've just got to keep a positive mindset, keep grinding. I made a lot of positive pars out there, so that's something positive.

Q. I know that you've changed the way that you practise recently. Can you tell us how that's helped you.

MARCUS ARMITAGE: I've got a new guy, and he's a bit different than what I'm used to, but in a really good way. Just knowing me and my traits, we're just doing little pockets of practise instead of feeling like you have to be on there for ten hours. Yeah, it's good.

Q. You put yourself in the mix at times this season. What can you draw from those experiences to help you out in the final round tomorrow?

MARCUS ARMITAGE: I'm a quality player. I've got to keep reminding myself of that, I'm a quality player. And there's a reason I'm still there now, and there's a reason why I am where I am.

And I've just got to go out there with that attitude tomorrow, and that's the person who I am. I'll give it my all.
