Quick Quotes

Q. Welcome home, playing in the oldest national Open in Europe. How does it feel to be teeing it up this week?

ADRIEN SADDIER: It feels great. Nice place. Family on my side. Exciting week ahead.

Q. Given some form, coming into this week with a Top-5 and runner-up finish. How are you feeling about your game at the minute and as a whole on the season?

ADRIEN SADDIER: Yeah, I think my game was pretty good this season with some great results like last week, and I just showed what I can do on the big stage, and I just look forward to do another good week here in France.

Q. You mentioned your friends, your family, you have some home support. How much does that help coming into a week like that?

ADRIEN SADDIER: Yeah, especially with this week, a lot of media ask me some questions. So it's nice on everything to just in my bubble with my family. I like to just disconnect from here so it quite good.

Q. Does it add a bit pressure, knowing it's your home Open and how well you've been playing and that you want to put on a show in front of your fans?

ADRIEN SADDIER: Well, it's good fresh, I guess. I just want to, yeah, like I said, have a good week in front of them and if not, it doesn't matter. I just try to enjoy the friendship, all my family support and just try to have a good week.

Q. The last couple of French Opens, Top 20 finishes. Different course this week. What do you make of the challenge?

ADRIEN SADDIER: The course is quite nice. Honestly I've never been here. This is my first time. It's a kind of old-style course with tricky fairway, slopey green. It's a very good course. I think it will be a challenging week here. I'm not sure the score will be really low. So I think, yeah, just a good challenge this week.

Q. And the par three on 18, what do you make of that?

ADRIEN SADDIER: It's really tough. It's really tough. We were talking about a three to make the cut or a three to win, and it won't be easy for sure. You need to have a couple of birdie before to make this one. It's a tough hole, a tough finish hole, and I'm sure we'll get some drama on it. FastScripts by ASAP Sports ...
