Q. Here with Miyu after her second round at the TOTO Japan Classic. Take us through the day today. What worked well for you?

MIYU YAMASHITA: (Through translation.) In the first couple holes, the ball was pretty rough, putter. In the back nine getting better and then made four birdies in the back nine. That's good.

Q. Do you feel like you're playing some of your best golf of the season right now?

MIYU YAMASHITA: (Through translation.) Yes.

Q. Is there any part of your game right now that's working particularly well?

MIYU YAMASHITA: (Through translation.) I'm still adjusting my swing a little bit, but I feel really comfortable with my swing and getting better and better, so that works very well.

Q. Another tight leaderboard heading into the weekend. What's it going to take to put yourself on top and hopefully win another tournament this week?

MIYU YAMASHITA: (Through translation.) Still adjusting the swing a little bit and then I missed easy birdie, couple easy birdie putt, so try not to make that happen tomorrow and day after tomorrow. Yes, that's it.
