THE MODERATOR: We'll start with questions for Team Spain.

Q. David, obviously this is hurting the team very much at the moment. I would figure you're pretty proud of what your guys have done in reaching the Final, but also coming so close to pushing this to a deciding doubles match.

CAPTAIN DAVID FERRER: Well, it was very, very, very close tie. Anyway, at the end they compete all the week. We were really close.

Yes, you say it: I am very proud of them. Finally Italy in important moments, they play really good. Is not easy for us to play in Italy against Italy.

We have to be happy because I really think that the players have capacity to be ready for next year. This is experience.

Well, in my opinion, it was a great, great year in Davis Cup.

Q. I understand is not a nice moment, but I would like to know from Munar, when you were up 6-1, then you had the game point to go up 2-0, what were you thinking at that moment? Cobolli wasn't playing his best, but you were unbelievable. You were not missing any shot. How do you explain what changed? Also in the third set, everyone was keep holding his serve, but then on 5-All you missed yours in a different way from the rest of the match. The crowd bother you a lot, too much, or not?

JAUME MUNAR: No, starting from the beginning, it was, as David told us during the whole week, play point by point. I did that. Of course, I got a little bit tight there maybe. But I was just thinking on the next one. I had very clear ideas of what I wanted to do, had the chance to do it pretty much during the whole match.

Yeah, nothing really. He had the capacity on raising the level a little bit when he needed. He ended up to playing a very, very high and quality match I think.

Couple of details. I tried my best. It wasn't enough. That's it.

Then the crowd was simply perfect I think. They didn't disturb at all. They were, of course, cheering for Italy. It was a great atmosphere I think. This is Davis Cup. I was expecting something like that.

Nothing more than congratulate Italy and the whole team because they did also a fantastic job.

Q. David, on the crowd, what was your advice to Jaume when the crowd started booing him a little bit, getting on his back a little bit? Were you trying to tell him to calm it down at all?

CAPTAIN DAVID FERRER: The crowd was very gentleman. We don't have to say nothing about the crowd. It's normal to support his squadra. No, I try to say Jaume that he had to be focused with himself and nothing else. He did it. He did a really good match, very close match. Details of the match that could be win, and nothing.

At the end Flavio Cobolli, he deserve win as well. He was very, very focused second set, and third set as well.

We have to accept that is sport and we have to be positive. The good thing is that we did it this year in Davis Cup.

Q. David, could you expand a bit more. You said just now the positives that you've taken from this week...

CAPTAIN DAVID FERRER: Well, is difficult to say. The group, they know (indiscernible) it's a lot. That's important thing. They support a lot all this week. The atmosphere is nice. Is very easy work with them. I think they are better players to be ready next year. Of course, I say to them after we lose that they have to be proud. Now is time to rest.

Yes, never is easy play for your country and playing in Davis Cup. Well, they are amazing competitors. As well, I have lucky because they are great players.
