THE MODERATOR: Questions in French.

Q. Three sets, that was a huge fight. What is your mindset? How do you analyze this? What was missing?

ALEXANDRE MULLER: Not much was missing on this match. Nothing was missing. Just some winners, I guess. I dictated the rallies throughout most of the match. This is a sport where unfortunately with one serve you can actually win, and it's hard to accept this, I have to say.

Q. Was it your last match of the season, or are you going to Athens next week?

ALEXANDRE MULLER: I'm going to Athens next week.

Q. Did you get a confidence boost, notwithstanding, because you were about to win against a top-10, actually? You could have nearly won.

ALEXANDRE MULLER: What was missing was rather the energy that was not present over the last weeks. The season is very long, so it's difficult to hold onto your energy throughout the whole season. Even though I still had some energy this week, I'll try to finish the season well with Athens next week.

Q. From a physical point of view, we saw you massage your wrist several times. How do you feel? Are you pain-free? Was it bearable?

ALEXANDRE MULLER: Well, the wrist went okay. At the end it pulled a little bit, but it's normal, because after three hours of match, I had a few red flags because of my Crohn's disease, but everything went well. I managed to give my all on the court today, so it's okay.
