Q. All right, joining me here today after the first round of the CME Group Tour Championship is Allisen Corpuz. Allisen, great round. You shot a 66. Can you just talk about what was going through your mind as you were keeping your momentum going?

ALLISEN CORPUZ: Yeah, I think this is just a course there is a lot of birdie opportunities, so was just telling Jay, it's last week of year. Like why not see how many we can make and see how high I can finish this week.

Yeah, got off to a fairly fast start. Made four in a row I think, 4, 5, 6, 7, which was really nice to see on the front, and then made a few more on the back as well.

Q. You mentioned in your Golf Channel interview that you feel like every year this course get friendlier for you. Do you think that's just having more reps out here or just something about the course itself?

ALLISEN CORPUZ: Yeah, I think just definitely the familiarity. This is year four out here for me. I think it's the same but it's different every year. It's the same tee shots that feel a little uncomfortable and same shots I'm hitting into greens. There is definitely a few putts that I've seen year after year.

So just coming back and being a little more familiar with the course has helped a lot.

Q. Obviously it's a big deal to make it to the Tour Championship. Do you approach this like any other tournament or do you have a different mindset?

ALLISEN CORPUZ: Definitely just another tournament. I think everyone is knowing it's a big one and season ender, so really just trying to finish the season on a high note. Yeah, just looking forward to a good offseason as well.

Q. Like you said, heading into the offseason. Do you have any big plans? Go home and spend time at home for a little while?

ALLISEN CORPUZ: Yeah, spending a lot of family time and then have some travel plans lined up, but nothing too crazy.
