BMW PGA CHAMPIONSHIP

September 12, 2025

Ludvig Aberg

Virginia Water, Surrey, England

Wentworth Golf Club

Quick Quotes

Q. Pretty impressive in these conditions. How do you feel you played these first two days?

LUDVIG ABERG: Yeah, I feel like I've been keeping the ball in front of me in a good and positive way, Obviously, it's quite tricky, you know, when the wind that we had in the first couple of holes and then kind of rain got in there, and then the wind came back and some rain. So it's definitely a little bit on and off the weather today, and I felt like I did a good job of keeping it very simple, keeping it in front of me, and putting it in shipped pretty well I think.

Q. You must have one of the best stroke averages I would imagine in history of the BMW PGA Championship. What is it about Wentworth that you find so easy?

LUDVIG ABERG: Yeah, it's definitely not easy. I would never say it's easy. Today, it's really it's just one of them days where it seems like if you keep the ball in front of you, if you're being efficient on the greens, you can get away with a decent score, you play like Hideki, 8-under, which I didn't realise at the time, but I saw it coming down the last couple holes and those a pretty impressive score.

So it is doable, but it's also, it was dangerous everywhere.
