THE MODERATOR: If you would, your thoughts on your play tonight.

ALEXANDER ZVEREV: It was good. I think it was better than the first round for sure, and Jacob is somebody that's playing well. So happy to be through in straight sets.

THE MODERATOR: Questions.

Q. Where is your confidence level at this point two matches in? How much do you draw from these early round matches?

ALEXANDER ZVEREV: I think, yeah, my level has been good. It's been decent. Of course, I know that opponents will get extremely difficult the further I get, and a lot of things will change, but I'm happy where my level is at after two matches.

Q. Right now it looks like you'll play Auger-Aliassime in the next round. What are your thoughts about his game and the matchup?

ALEXANDER ZVEREV: I think we played quite a few times. You know, he's somebody that when he plays well, he plays really well. When he doesn't play well, he really doesn't play well. So he's in the third round. That means he's playing well.

Then, of course, it's a difficult match, but you know, I think it's a matchup that historically has faired me quite okay, quite well. I hope it's going to be the case in two days' time.
