Q. Brooke, tremendous performance today in front of your home crowd. Yet again you're a winner; two years plus wait for you. How much more special to do it in front of your home crowd and family?

BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, I've been waiting for that 14th win feels like forever. To win it here makes just it so special. I had family and friends here and I just thank God for allowing me to be back in this position and allowing me to have the courage and the strength to perform here.

I mean, the crowds were so incredible all week and I just can't thank everyone enough for coming out.

Q. How much did they really spur you on this week?

BROOKE HENDERSON: They really did. They gave me so much confidence, and when I got things rolling just so much momentum. I just loved the energy and all the red and white that was out here all week. Today the crowds were just phenomenal. They were all week but today especially.

It's just so special.

Q. Seen so many Brooke's Brigade little kids out here all rooting you on. How does it feel to be such an inspiration to a whole country of young golfers?

BROOKE HENDERSON: Well, thank you. That's pretty cool. To see all the young girls and boys out here was awesome. Little Brooke's Brigade shirts are so cute and they seem to be having a great time following me around, so hopefully they can chase their dreams. If it's golf that's awesome, or whatever it might be.

Q. Well, you continue to break records and make history. Since 1914 you're the first person to win your national championship twice.

BROOKE HENDERSON: Oh, nice. That's really cool. Yeah, like I said it's so special. Yeah, I'm surprised I'm not crying because I definitely thought I was going to during this interview. My family support and everything and Canada has been so supportive of me as well. I feel like Canada needed a win this year, so I'm really happy to bring them one.
