Q. Great job this week; can you walk me through what your major takeaway is?

CORINA KELEPOURIS: It's just unbelievable. It's not like I won or anything, but to finish T4 in a major, I think that's what I finished, or to be part of the lead or around it for the whole week, I'm super proud. It's just been a life's work, and to be here with these unbelievable players and women and with the careers that they've had, to be going toe to toe with them, it's a dream that I've had since I was 11 years old.

I didn't win, but I could have. I had the chance. I believe that. Congratulations to Becky, and Juli had a great day. Haven't really looked at the leaderboard. I know Becky had a hell of a day to do that under the pressure that this is. I'm just really proud of this week for sure.

Q. Are you looking forward to next year at Barton Hills?

CORINA KELEPOURIS: Yeah, of course. Imagine the mess I'd be if I actually won the thing. But yeah, of course. I felt comfortable that I knew that I was secured in that position with my win at the Club Pro Championship, so the pressure of having to finish in the top 20 wasn't there, but I also wasn't playing to finish in the top 20. I felt like I had a chance to do something, and I did, and I'm proud of that.

Q. What would you say to future generations who are looking to play in USGA championships?

CORINA KELEPOURIS: Go, just go. You never know -- this is my second USGA championship. My first one was last year, and I'm 52 years old. You don't know when it's going to come, and it's worth it.

Q. Did you think that you would be in contention at a major like this, if you would have said this to your younger self?

CORINA KELEPOURIS: I felt like I could. I felt like I could, I just never did. I know how I can play. Would I play that way, I don't know, but I did for three days, and I'm super proud of that.
