Q. 68, no doubt the highlight was the hole-in-one on 7. Talk us through the shot?

ANGEL HIDALGO: Yeah, we were between clubs. I didn't know if I reach the pin with the 8. I saw Forsström right middle of the green, I said, okay, full eight, straight in, few metres left of the pin. When I hit it, I thought it was directly to the pin, but I didn't know if it was right side or left side to the pin. And when I heard like the sound, big sound, I was looking to the sides just in case if the ball hit the pin and go to the bunker or something like that. But like two seconds later, I saw it was in and everyone jumping there. It was pretty funny.

Q. I believe this is your first in tournament play, as well.

ANGEL HIDALGO: That's true. This is my 13th hole-in-one but the first one in tournament, so pretty happy, finally, with no prize. But hole-in-one is a prize.

Q. Seemed to give you a lot of confidence going into the back nine.

ANGEL HIDALGO: Yeah, I played so good. Especially I holed a good putt on 10. Unlucky on 12 with the lie. But yeah, I made four straight birdies, and 17, I didn't know was OB on the left side of the green so I was there thinking it was not too bad, and they told me it was OB. Just unlucky, and yeah, ready for tomorrow and try to catch the guy on top.
