Quick Quotes
Q. Can you walk me through your round?
MOIRA DUNN-BOHLS: Started out well. It's nice to start on 10. It's a reachable par-5. Bogeyed 11 and just made a bunch of pars after that. Three-putted 17 but came back and made a nice birdie on 18.
Struggled a little bit on the front. Never really got it going, but got up-and-down a bunch, which is nice because these greens are tough. The rough is tough around the greens.
Happy to survive today with an even-par round. The wind is swirling a little bit, so just happy to get out of here with even par today.
Q. How did you think the course played today? What were the greens like this afternoon?
MOIRA DUNN-BOHLS: They're crisping up a little bit, firming up a little bit, and they're quick, and they're exceptionally quick in certain spots, when you're downhill, downgrain. The course is in amazing shape. It's just a tough challenge. It's a U.S. Open.
Q. How do you plan to approach the weekend? What's your strategy for tomorrow?
MOIRA DUNN-BOHLS: Well, I assume we'll be a little bit later tomorrow like today, so I guess I'm fortunate to have seen it today and being able to carry that over into tomorrow to kind of know what's going on. We changed our approach a little bit today for the greens releasing a little bit more and putts rolling out a little bit more, so having that present in my mind today I think will help tomorrow.
Q. What part of your game are you most proud of so far this week?
MOIRA DUNN-BOHLS: I've putted pretty good, but getting up-and-down from around the greens. The rough is tough. You have to look at every shot different. You get different lies every single time, so you really have to evaluate what's going on. I'm really happy with that. I left myself some "easy" putts for where I was.
