Q. This is your first time playing. What a strong debut. Walk me through what your game plan was as you prepared for the championship.

BECKY MORGAN: Yeah, so this is my first one, having turned 50 last September, so I just missed out on last year's actually. But I like the course. It's quite tricky. You've really got to hit the fairways, sort of get it in the right part of the greens, and today my putter was working, so it was good.

Q. What part of your game really shined today?

BECKY MORGAN: Today my putting. Yesterday was not so good. But I drove the ball pretty well today, hit a lot of fairways, and just made some really nice mid-length putts on these greens that have a lot of break, so it was good.

Q. How would you describe this course to someone who's never played it? What's the most challenging aspect?

BECKY MORGAN: Oh, 100 percent the greens. They're pretty fast and very slopey. There's not, like, tons of pin positions they can use, so there's quite a few that are sort of on small slopes so you have to really get them in the right place because they can get away from you quite easily.

Q. What's your game plan heading into the weekend? What is going through your head?

BECKY MORGAN: Just to try and do a bit of the same as the last two days. Today I was a little bit steadier. Just try and eliminate the big misses, just try and hit as many fairways as I can, and just hope my putter works as well as it did today.

Q. In your debut, did you ever think you would be in this position? You're currently leading; what does that feel like?

BECKY MORGAN: Yeah, good. Obviously it's only after two rounds. But since I've been on The Legends Tour the last sort of four or five years, so I've played well in the senior LPGA tournaments and stuff, so I know my game is decent right now, so we'll see what happens on the weekend.

Q. What's your reset routine look like as we head into the weekend?

BECKY MORGAN: I think I might go to the outlet mall this afternoon. We came over from the UK so I've been waking up at like 5:00 every morning, so I need to keep myself up a bit longer, so maybe hit a few balls now and then just go chill out and spend some money at the outlets.
