Q. All right, joined by Linnea Strom after the second round of the CPKC Women's Open. You had a solid round out there today; five birdies. Can you just talk about maybe what changed between yesterday and today? Why do you think you were able to go out and attack it so much more?
LINNEA STROM: I think I played pretty similar yesterday and today. We had a little bit more wind yesterday in the afternoon.
And then I felt like yesterday I left some shots out there, but overall I was pretty happy with under par in the wind.
Today I just told myself to take one shot at a time. It's a very fun course to play. I do enjoy it. I feel like there are many birdies out there. You need to have good tee shots in order to set yourself up for some birdie opportunities.
I felt like I really took advantage of 17, 18 today, like shorter holes and I hit some wedges pretty close. Those birdies were pretty much tap-ins.
But, yeah, very happy with how I handled myself today.
Q. Seen the course a few times now. Do you think you'll adjust anything or you're happy with the way things have been going?
LINNEA STROM: I think I'll just kind of keep the same game plan. Obviously it will be fun to see if they move some tees around. Might be a little bit different.
I'm pretty comfortable how the course is playing. A lot of holes suit my eye out here. Yeah, I mean, I have my dad here and host housing out supporting me. I feel like I have a big crew following me and cheering me on which has been amazing.
They gave me some energy today for sure.
So I really enjoyed that. So I'm just going to enjoy the weekend and kind of had a tough year so far, so to play the weekend I'm just very excited about it because I really miss this.
Q. Obviously with this being Canada's national Open there is a ton of fans out here. As you mentioned the energy has been really great. What was that like being out here this week and getting to play the weekend this these conditions?
LINNEA STROM: It's great. I always say that the tournament in Canada kind of feels like a major a little bit because it's -- you know it's a very well-run tournament.
Food is amazing. A lot of the spectators. I feel like they love golf over here, so it's just a fun tournament and I always enjoy coming to Canada.
